Georgia Blue coming to Silo Square

The Silo Square development in Southaven will soon add another dining option, Georgia Blue.

It will be the Mississippi chain's fifth location, according to an announcement on the Silo Square Facebook page, and will join several other restaurants that have opened or been announced at the Southaven development, including Slim Chickens, City Hall Cheesecake, Staks Pancake Kitchen and Tekila.

"From po-boys and shrimp & grits, to bayou catfish or blue plate specials, Georgia Blue has something for everyone. Georgia Blue proudly distills and serves its own Georgia Blue bourbon, vodka, and tequila — just one more thing that makes GB unique," according to the announcement.

Georgia Blue offers a wide menu packed with Southern-style fish and meat dishes, pasta, sandwiches and a cocktail menu featuring the restaurant's own line of spirits.

In addition to food options, the restaurant will frequently host live music. 

The eatery, which will have a second floor and outdoor dining, will be at the May Boulevard entrance to the development along Getwell Road.

Georgia Blue currently has locations in Madison, Flowood, Brookhaven and Starkville and has a GB Bakery location in Brandon, according to the company website.
